Carnival Cruise Line is rolling out its latest onboard enhancement, Express Dining, giving guests a more convenient option with the same quality cuisine and dining experience Carnival is known for. The program is now available on 15 ships and will be fully implemented across the fleet by the end of May.
Available nightly in each ship’s main dining room, Express Dining offers a freshly prepared multi-course dinner experience in under an hour for groups of six guests or fewer.
“Our guests continue to tell us they value greater flexibility in how they spend their time on board, and Express Dining was designed with that in mind,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “Our pilot program generated positive feedback from our guests. With this in mind, we are excited to expand Express Dining to offer them the same high quality dishes and attentive service our dining rooms are known for, while giving guests the ability to use more of their time to enjoy all the other onboard fun.”
Express Dining complements Carnival’s traditional dining experience, giving guests the choice of a leisurely evening meal or a streamlined service that significantly reduces service time while maintaining a thoughtfully curated menu, mirroring the main dining room offerings, with a slightly abbreviated selection. Special dietary requests continue to be accommodated. The offering is currently available on Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Celebration, Mardi Gras, Carnival Venezia, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Vista, Carnival Breeze, Carnival Radiance, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Dream, Carnival Glory and Carnival Freedom – and will be available across the entire fleet by the end of May. Guests booked under Your Time Dining can opt in directly through Carnival’s HUB App.
The rollout builds on Carnival’s broader focus on offering dining flexibility across the fleet. The recently introduced Family Express service on the Lido Deck, also piloted on Carnival Vista and now available fleetwide, has quickly become a guest favorite, further reinforcing the cruise line’s commitment to enhancing its food and beverage offerings with more guest options.
Here’s how it works:
Multi-course dinner in under an hour
Available for groups of 6 or fewer
Guests with Your Time Dining can opt in through the Carnival HUB app
The menu will feature many of the same dishes served in the main dining room, just with a slightly smaller selection so service moves faster.
This option is already available on several ships including Carnival Venezia, with plans to roll it out across the entire fleet by the end of May.

Here is the current children’s menu which is served in our dining rooms. This is also the children’s menu used at express dining.
And yes, the big kids can also order from it.
Please share this with any family that has children or anybody who you think would need to see this. It really is a fun menu
